Information you provide:

  • Account information: email address, name, and password (encrypted)
  • Profile information: avatar, display name
  • Conversations: all messages you exchange with AI Characters
  • Payment information: processed securely by Waffo Pancake; we do not store your full card details
  • Images you upload to share with AI Characters

Information collected automatically:

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers
  • Interaction data: features used, time spent, click patterns
  • Cookies and similar technologies for session management and analytics

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Services
  • To generate AI responses and remember details across conversations (memory feature)
  • To process subscriptions and manage billing
  • To send service-related notifications, such as proactive messages from Characters
  • To respond to your support requests and inquiries
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues
  • To improve and personalize the Services through aggregated analytics
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. AI Training and Memory

Conversations you have with AI Characters are used to provide and improve your personalized experience. Our AI may extract and store facts about you (the "memory" feature) to make future conversations feel more personal. We do not use your private conversation content to train foundation AI models for use by other users. Memory data is associated with your account and may be deleted by deleting your account.

4. Sharing of Your Information

We may share your information with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers: Cloudflare (image storage), our AI model providers, and Waffo Pancake (payment processing)
  • Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
  • With your consent: When you affirmatively authorize sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Services. Conversation data may be retained for up to 24 months after account deletion for safety and legal compliance purposes, after which it is permanently deleted. Payment records are retained as required by U.S. tax law.

If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another U.S. state with privacy laws, you may have the following rights:
